When can I expect to receive my order?

  1. Orders are shipped to Canadian addresses only and are shipped out the next business day. You can select from 2 shipping options in the check-out process.
  2. If you have selected the standard shipping option and live in a major urban centre, you can expect to receive your items in approximately 3 to 8 business days.
  3. If you have upgraded the shipping of your order to Xpresspost and live in a major urban centre, you can expect to receive your items in approximately 3 business days.
  4. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to non-major urban centres and rural areas.

How much do I have to pay for Shipping and Handling?

Shipping is priced based on the weight and size of the product(s) ordered. All sales are in Canadian dollars. You can select from 2 options:

  • Standard delivery (approximately 3-8 business days)
  • Express delivery (approximately 3 business days)

An item I purchased is out of stock. When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped out the next business day. However, in the event that an item you purchased is out of stock, it will be shipped to you separately upon availability at no additional charge to you (if your order contained more than one item). Can I track the delivery status of my order?

Canada Post offers tracking on there website www.canadapost.ca. You can also track the status of your order from your account options.

Can I have an order shipped to an alternate address?

For your convenience, you can have an order shipped to an alternate address. At the first step of the checkout process, after having entered your billing address, you can choose to enter a different shipping address, to which you can expect the delivery of your order.
